Astrotel’s four-channel DVR wireless camera system is equipped with four IR LED cameras and a BNC cable. The cameras record and compress video signals in real time and have continuous, motion detection, sensor activation and time schedule recording modes. A built-in removable HDD rack, remote control, color video at 30 fps and built-in Web server are included.
CH Products
CH Products’ Resistive Joystick is a potentiometric controller that provides multi-axis finger positioning control. The device comes in 17 ergonomically designed handles, with or without push buttons, and may be configured for one, two or three axes of control. The product is available in two sizes and can be used for CCTV, robotics, electronic wheelchairs, measurement systems and medical devices.
The Protection Bureau
The Protection Bureau’s TPBVideo is a wireless plug-n-play video system that operates via EOP. The camera kit uses existing power lines to create a video transmission network. The system displays up to four cameras online so live video can be watched on any Web-enabled computer or cell phone. Users can receive video alerts via e-mail or text message.
Feeling Software
Feeling Software’s iGuard mobile surveillance application provides remote access to a security system’s CCTV hardware and software infrastructure. Designed for multi-camera security systems, the device uses wireless connectivity and a touchscreen interface. The interface allows the user to scan through all camera locations, select a specific live camera feed, and move and zoom the camera in real time to capture the desired image. Video feeds are accessed through Wi-Fi or a 3G cellular Internet connection.
ComNet
ComNet’s SHR fiber-optic video product line can restore a CCTV network. The line consists of the FVT FVR1010SHR single channel with data series, the FVT/FVR4014SHR series with four video and data channels, and the FVT/FVR8018SHR series with eight video and data channels. All models are digital fiber-optic video transmitters and receivers with bidirectional data that incorporate a self-healing feature. In the event of a broken fiber connection, the video and data transmission is re-routed when the system is configured in a ring topology.

Triview’s new line of LCD monitors, the X-Series, is available in 15-, 17- and 19-inch versions. The monitors feature 600 TV lines of resolution, two composite BNC inputs, S-Video and DVI-I inputs, anti-reflection glass, a 3-D comb filter, 3-D video deinterlacing, DNR, CTI, picture freeze, a rack-mountable construction, a VESA mount 100x100, fast response time and up to 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The series is designed to display high-quality images from high-resolution 520- to 540-TV-line cameras.

KBC Network’s Digital Standard fiber series uses advanced digital technologies to provide excellent, repeatable performance for CCTV systems. Tatung’s TriView TOM-0281 2.8-inch monitor allows CCTV viewing with evolved OLED technology. The portable device can be handheld or attached to the wrist with a Velcro strap. The monitor features BNC video input and loop-through BNC output, 4:3 aspect ratio, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, three hours of continuous play time and six hours of standby time.
