Telular Corp.
The TG-1 Express is a cellular communicator that
works with all security alarm panels. The communicator
is designed for the residential security market
and is 80 percent smaller than competitive standalone
communicators. It supports virtually all alarm
formats, making it compatible with all security panels.
Its flexible features and functionality help reduce
installation time at any customer site.
The BumpStop makes pin tumbler locks resistant
to lock bumping. The technology uses a unique
reverse-rake tapered driver pin, high-performance
springs and tightly machined cylinder chambers.
During a bump attempt, it prevents the transfer of
force from the bump key to the pins and blocks
rotation of the cylinder. An oversized tumbler diameter
keeps the pin from fully entering the plug,
and the reverse taper improves pick resistance.

The Intelli-Pass biometric fingerprint ID system is
designed for government, military, corporate and
educational settings. The unit features an anti-tamper
design and a two-factor authentication system
that requires a finger scan and a PIN for access. The
system is available in stand-alone and networked
versions, and networked readers can be controlled
centrally with management software or remotely
via a TCP/IP connection. The product uses proprietary
encryption to secure communication between
the reader and controller.

The 175BIO fingerprint recognition system features
live fingerprint detection, an optical sensor reader
and 500 dpi resolution. The unit reads 80 points of
a finger, which helps users with hard-to-read fingers
gain access. The device registers up to 100
users, and features a 4,000 event audit trail, a
Grade 2 Cylindrical Survivor Lockset and a six-digit
keypad. The UL-listed product operates in -4 to 122
degrees Fahrenheit temperatures.
Stanley Healthcare Solutions
RoamAlert 1.5 provides real-time protection for residents
in long-term care facilities. A small wireless
pendant tag allows residents to call for help from
anywhere in a facility, and the RoamAlert system
generates an alarm in the RoamAlert software to
identify the resident, time and location. The product’s
InterTag allows facilities to monitor mobile equipment
that can’t be hardwired, including ventilators
and fall monitors.
Research Electronics International
The OSCOR Blue RF spectrum analyzer is designed
to detect and locate illicit electronic surveillance
devices. The 8-pound unit is equipped with an
auto-switching folding antenna system that
sweeps 24 GHz in one second. The device collects
2 million data points per second, and stores and
maps RF traces for analysis. The device features
a high-resolution touchscreen, an acoustic correlator
and a waterfall trace recorder.
GAR Security Equipment Inc.
The AutoContact theft prevention device is equipped
with a pressure switch, a weatherproof mat and a
wireless transmitter. The unit’s wireless contact is
designed to protect a vehicle or equipment that is placed on the weatherproof contact mat. The product
works in conjunction with residential and commercial
security systems and interfaces with existing
alarm panels and wireless hardware.
SECO-LARM
The DP-121Q displays an image of a visitor in real time on the phone’s monitor. A built-in microphone and speaker on the camera lets users communicate with visitors and grant them entry with a push of a button. The camera turns on automatically when a visitor calls or can be turned on manually to provide surveillance of an entrance. The video door phone comes with a single monitor and a camera. Other features include six LEDs built into the camera for nighttime operation, a CCD camera chip, adjustable contrast, brightness and ringer volume as well as a built-in camera-angle adjustment.
Bosch Security Systems
The Extreme Series of IP cameras from Bosch Security Systems incorporates Black Diamond night vision to produce clear images in low-light and no-light environments. The on-board intelligent video analysis is stored in a vandal-resistant enclosure. The cameras record high-signal, low-noise videos that reduce network bandwidth and storage requirements.
Inscape Data Corp.
Inscape Data’s new outdoor dual-band multimode wireless base station, AirEtherTM SB54, features a wireless bridge that is designed for outdoor video security applications with transmission distance from 100 meters to 50 kilometers. The bridge is based on the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g standards operating on 2.4 or 5 GHz. The SB54 is highly cost effective with WPA2 encryption and other key features, including RF site survey and integrated 12 dBi panel antenna. The station is IP-68 compliant, supports temperature ranges between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius and is PoE ready.
