Advantech, Inc. Recognized as Top Performing Security Integrator

Advantech Security, Inc., announced that it was recently recognized by Honeywell Security as the highest nationally-performing security system integrator at its annual CONNECT 2014 awards banquet, held November 16 in Orlando.

The top honor, 2014 Honeywell Integrated Security Dealer of the Year, was awarded to Advantech, in recognition of its consistent exemplary performance and high level of professionalism. This is the fourth year that Advantech has walked away with the highest mark of appreciation, having received the honor previously in 2008, 2010, and 2011. In addition, the company took home one of the coveted 2014 Honeywell Integrated Security Circle of Excellence awards, which acknowledges the industry’s most active and forward-thinking security integrators.

Honeywell’s HIS program provides integrators with exclusive training, certification and marketing support. The network includes authorized independent security integrators who service enterprise-level Honeywell accounts, including global end users.

“Earning this recognition is a huge accomplishment especially considering the high quality of the other HIS dealers we competed with.  The credit for this award goes to our dedicated employees who constantly strive to provide our customers with the best service in the industry,” said Eric Schaeffer, Advantech president.

Delaware-based Advantech is a complete solutions provider that incorporates fire alarm/life safety, communications and identity management into its offerings, in addition to its core access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection capabilities.

“These awards exemplify the great partnership we have with our customers, with Honeywell and with Advantech's exceptional employees,” said Dave Sweeney, chief operating officer of Advantech. “It’s extremely gratifying for us to be recognized for having the happiest customers, because we pride ourselves on having the most well-trained technical staff. Even more rewarding for us is having Honeywell working alongside us to help grow our business year-over-year, because their innovation is the true driver of a constantly evolving security industry. We’re glad to call them our Partner of Choice.”
